Join Ilaria Bertinelli for a journey through Parmesean Cheese. She was born in Parma, Italy and comes from a family of farmers, and producers of Parmigiano Reggiano cheese.

Join us for a bespoke culinary experience with Olivia Cavalli, chef, food stylist and writer from London, UK.
Olivia will teach us how to cook some of her favourite dishes from her first cookbook, Stagioni which celebrates seasonal, vegetable focused Italian cooking that was published by Pavilion in October 2022.
