From beef Pho noodle soup, to BBQ pork skewers, to fluffy pork buns and crispy sandwiches - the variety of tasty meals and snacks are endless. In this class, you'll learn to make two classic dishes that are part of Vietnamese life. Menu: * Beef Pho Noodle Soup * Fresh Summer Rolls with sauce Overview: * First, we’ll meet at Mercato Albinelli market for a coffee and then pick up local, seasonal ingredients for your cooking class * Then we'll take a short walk to a local home, where we’ll cook together * At the end, we’ll have an opportunity to share a delicious lunch and taste what we’ve made Whether you’re an amateur or a pro, this class is perfect for anyone looking to explore authentic Vietnamese cuisine. * Bonus - Each guest will leave with a small spice pouch, so they can make Pho Soup at home *
Cancellation Policy
As we have limited availability on the course, any cancellations 1 week before class, can exchange for another course within 30 days of cancelling. No cash refunds. Later cancellations will not be eligible for anything.
