Service Description
At Feed Lab, we are excited to offer our Mastering Maki: Sushi Making Class. Japan is known for its culinary traditions and interesting umami flavours. If you travel throughout the country, you'll find all kinds of ramen, tempura, and sushi dishes. In this class, we'll focus on learning to make the perfect maki ("roll" in Japanese). From preparing the special rice, to arranging the ingredients, to rolling (not too tight, not too loose) and finally cutting the rolls. You'll also learn how to make delicious miso soup. Menu: * Three kinds of Maki - California, Spicy Salmon and Dynamic rolls * Miso soup Overview: * First, we’ll meet at Mercato Albinelli market for a coffee and then pick up local, seasonal ingredients for your cooking class * Then we'll take a short walk to a local home, where we’ll cook together * At the end, we’ll have an opportunity to share a delicious lunch and taste what we’ve made Join us!
Cancellation Policy
As we have limited availability on the course, any cancellations 1 week before class, can exchange for another course within 30 days of cancelling. No cash refunds. Later cancellations will not be eligible for anything.
